AAA Northeast is now offering driver training in New Jersey for both teenage and adult drivers. Lessons start at the club’s Wayne, N.J., branch located at 418 Hamburg Turnpike.
The deluxe training package includes six hours of in-car instruction, road test sponsorship (exclusive use of the AAA Driver Training vehicle for the road test) and certificate of completion. Teenage students will also be allowed to obtain a driving permit and sit for the knowledge exam at the Motor Vehicle Commission.
Courses consisting of only behind-the-wheel instruction are also available. AAA members can save up to $50 on any driving training.
Expert AAA driver training instructors lead the courses, in keeping with the club’s longtime commitment to traffic safety. AAA has educated young drivers on how to stay safe behind the wheel for more than 80 years. All training is based on data acquired from AAA’s decades of traffic safety research.
