This legendary card show is scheduled again, for its 43rd year ad the oldest card show in New England since 1976 and the only major events in Rhode Island.
Besides modern and vintage sports cards, expect to see for purchase RI-themed sports memorabilia, autographs, vintage equipment in all sports, graded cards, pennants, non-sports cards, Pokémon, tobacco cards, wax boxes and packs, hobby supplies, vintage photo’s, yearbooks, programs, magazines, ticket stubs, regional issues, comic books and a whole lot more.
The hot ticket items are predicted to be current basketball and football cards, which are expected to challenge the past popularity of the New England Patriots. Expect to find dealers with all Boston Sports team items as well as Yankees, which have always held a major presence at the show since the beginning.
One of the unique offerings at the show will be a free program given to each paid admission that will list every dealer by what they sell. (So if you collect only graded cards, they will all be listed as well as who has them and where you can find them!) Dealers will be listed on the program also, alphabetically by name, in case you know your dealer. The floor plan is a convenience and spacious, with aisles 5’ wide and dealers are back-to-back with 8’ of space.
Adding a new, exciting feature to this 2021 summer show is a silent auction of sports collectibles offered by the dealers to begin when doors open on Friday. Winners will be announced on Sunday at noon.
