Gesneriad Flower Show & Plant Sale 7/3-7/7

Come to The Gesneriad Society annual convention and find out why African violets are only part of one of the most varied and vibrant families of flowering plants – the Gesneriaceae. An array of gesneriads will be on display and on sale from July 3–7 at the Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center.

The event will feature lectures by some of the world’s top growers, hybridizers and researchers, a judged flower show, and sales of a wide array of plants, from the well-known African violet to much rarer varieties. The flower show and sale are open free to the public; however, registration is required for admittance to talks, meals, field trips and early entry to plant sales.
