Mindful Art with Maura Glynn
This workshop is part journaling, yoga, meditation and intuitive art-making with guide Maura Glynn. Start with journaling to help clear out any mental clutter, followed by a little yoga sequence to energize the body, move stagnant energy and settle the mind. After yoga, enjoy a short guided meditation to focus our thoughts before moving on to some art making. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat.
