Wednesday Workshop: Yoga for Self-Love

Breathe, flow and let go! Yoga for Self-Love is an experiential workshop to help you reconnect with your body and mind and learn to treat yourself with loving kindness, all in a supportive and safe environment.
Starting with an awareness of your inner voice, then using gentle movements, breath-work, meditation and journaling, you will learn tools to develop your self love practice and promise.
The only requirement is an open mind and an open heart. No prior yoga experience is necessary, as the flow is designed to be accessible to all levels.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat (we’ll have extras just in case.) Please note this workshop will be outside, except in the event of rain, in which case we’ll be inside the museum gallery.

Payment is required to hold your spot. The fee for each workshop is $5 for members and $10 for non-members.
