Ciro’s Tavern
Woonsocket, R.I.

This big English pub serves favorites like grilled pizzas loaded up with sausage, meatballs and ricotta cheese along with classic pub fare like fish and chips.

This neighborhood nook feels like a cross between an Irish pub and a ski lodge. There are fork-tender steak tips, stick-to-your-ribs chili and traditional fish and chips served with plenty of malt vinegar.

The Winthrop Arms

Located inside a quaint hotel, the Arms is a great place to cozy up over some Yankee comfort food. Nothing will fill you up quite like the baked stuffed lobster and scallops wrapped in bacon.
