Day 1 – Arrive in Prague

You’ll be greeted upon arrival in Prague by your driver and escorted to your hotel, centrally located in the “Golden City.” Once you have settled in, meet with your local city ambassador whose experience will guide you in planning your personalized sightseeing itinerary to make your visit to Prague both memorable and exciting. At night, you will enjoy a traditional Czech dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 2 – Prague

Discover the beautiful city of Prague with an experienced guide on a sightseeing tour. Learn why the great city is called the “Golden City” or the “City of 100 Spires.” Admire the city’s unique culture and architecture with a visit to the Church of Our Lady Before Tyn, whose two spires can be seen from all points of the city. Continue with your guide into Old Town to see the Town Hall, famous for its Astronomical Clock, which in the Middle Ages was considered one of the Wonders of the World. Enjoy the remainder of your day at your own pace.

Day 3 – Prague

Day three is yours to explore Prague at your leisure. You may choose to visit the St. Vitus Cathedral, originally built in 1344. Among its many treasures is the Chapel of St. Wenceslas, the walls of which are inlaid with more than 1300 semiprecious gems and stained glass windows created by early 20th century Czech artists. After breakfast, you will transfer to the train station and head to Vienna on a first class train ticket. After transferring to your hotel, you will be greeted by your local city ambassador to discuss your visit to the “Imperial City.” In the afternoon you are free to explore the city on your own. Perhaps head over to the Danube tower, built in 1964 for the Vienna International Garden Festival, it offers an unforgettable view of Vienna’s Danube landscape from a height of 170 meters.

Spend day five discovering Vienna’s striking landmarks with a hop on/hop off bus ticket. You may choose to visit impressive landmarks such as Schonbrunn Palace, St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the Vienna State Opera. Take a stroll along the riverside streets of the majestic Budapest, visit one of the many museums, ample local cuisine or simply relax.

Today enjoy a hop on/hop off tour of Budapest. With your pass, you may choose to explore famed attractions such as Castle Hill, Hero’s – a UNESCO World Heritage Site, or the remarkable Budapest City Park, home to the Szechenyl Baths. This incredible city provides endless options to discover.

Day 8 – Budapest

Embark on a relaxing daytime sightseeing cruise on the Danube River. Pass the many historic bridges that join Buda and Pest, stopping along the way to visit Margaret Island. Now a stunning park, boasting beautiful gardens and fountains, one can still see the historic ruins of the Middle Ages.

Day 9 – Farewell
