Shop and Cook: Jack Frost Mocktail

There’s no better way to celebrate the holiday season than to festively imbibe with a mocktail. Whether a gingerbread mocktini strikes your fancy or you prefer a sugar cookie concoction, there are so many scrumptious options to choose from.

This year, we decided to try out a Jack Frost themed mocktail that’ll catch anyone’s eye and is pretty simple to whip up.

Shopping List

  • 1 can premade vanilla frosting
  • Edible glitter
  • Snowflake or other festive sprinkles
  • 1, 13.5-ounce can coconut Milk
  • 1 bottle nonalcoholic blue curacao-flavored syrup
  • 1, 8.4-ounce can 100% pineapple juice
  • 1 can cream of coconut

Shake It Up

(Makes two)

  • Prepare your festive drink by rolling the rim of two cocktail glasses in frosting, then dip into the edible glitter and sprinkles. If you’d like, add some glitter to the bottom of the glass as well. Set aside.
  • Combine 5 ounces coconut milk, 3 ounces blue curacao syrup, 2 ounces pineapple juice and 2 ounce cream of coconut inside a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for about 5 seconds, then pour into your prepared glasses.

Prefer frozen drinks? Simply freeze the coconut milk in an ice cube tray and blend 3-4 cubes with the rest of the ingredients.

AAA implores everyone to celebrate safely and always abstain from drinking and driving.
