AAA Welcomes Members to New Tewksbury, Mass., Location

AAA Northeast employees and members, lawmakers, business leaders and Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles officials recently celebrated the opening of a new branch at 345 Main St., in Tewksbury.

The branch is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday. In addition to the full suite of AAA products and services, the location offers Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicle services, including most driver’s license and vehicle registration renewals. Through a partnership with the commonwealth, every AAA branch in Massachusetts will soon offer RMV services.

“This is a terrific way to provide more opportunities to our customers, and that’s really what it’s all about,” said Mary Tibma, deputy registrar of external services for the RMV.
