The Ram 1500 pickup truck has been completely updated for 2019. There are a total of 29 different configurations of the Ram 1500 pickup. My road test was in the two-wheel-drive Ram 1500 Big Horn Sport Quad Cab with the 5.7 liter mild-hybrid V-8 engine. The 5.7-liter V-8 provided plenty of power. The ride was quiet and comfortable, with the suspension soaking up bumps and pavement breaks. The handling was also quite good, and the electric power steering had a very positive feel both at low and high speeds. The Ram truck for 2019 with all of its improvements and options may be just enough to sway the truck-buying masses away from Ford and Chevrolet. Buyers looking for a full-size truck should take a look at the all-new Ram 1500.
