Because Roadside Assistance is such a valued and trusted service, we want to make it as easy to access as possible. This is why we have revamped our online Roadside Assistance request system. The new system is much more intuitive and user-friendly. Members can get complete a request in just a minute or two.

Enter your 16-digit AAA membership number
Choose the automotive problem you need assistance with.
Enter your location or use your computer's geo-locator to automate the address.
Enter the make, model and year of your vehicle.
Choose where you would like your car to be towed, if needed.
Choose how many people will need a ride.
Review your information and click "Submit."

How to Request Roadside Assistance Online

AAA accepts online requests for road service 24-hours a day in the Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Jersey, New York and Salem, NH, areas. To request service online have your 16-digit membership number ready. This is located on the front of your AAA Membership Card.

You’ll then be directed to enter the type of assistance you need (flat tire, dead battery, locked keys, etc.), your location, and the make and model of your car. You can also include information such as the facility you would like your vehicle to be towed to if needed, and how many passengers need a ride.

Don’t forget, that you can also access road service through the AAA app. The free mobile app lets you request Roadside Assistance just the touch of a button. An added bonus – you can track the service vehicle, so you’ll know exactly when help will arrive.
