AAA lives to serve its members so we are always on the lookout for ways to enhance our members’ experiences.
Because Roadside Assistance is such a valued and trusted service, we want to make it as easy to access as possible. This is why we have revamped our online Roadside Assistance request system. The new system is much more intuitive and user-friendly. Members can get complete a request in just a minute or two.
“Our investment in this new system is really an investment in our members,” says John Nardolillo, AAA’s Senior Vice President of Member Services. “Requesting service online will be easier, faster and more efficient, which are all important factors when you’re having an issue at the roadside.”
How to Request Roadside Assistance Online
AAA accepts online requests for road service 24-hours a day in the Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Jersey, New York and Salem, NH, areas. To request service online have your 16-digit membership number ready. This is located on the front of your AAA Membership Card.
You’ll then be directed to enter the type of assistance you need (flat tire, dead battery, locked keys, etc.), your location, and the make and model of your car. You can also include information such as the facility you would like your vehicle to be towed to if needed, and how many passengers need a ride.
