Upper Body Blast With Active&Fit®

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, Active&Fit Direct premiered its Fit at Home program which is free to the public. Led by instructor Penny Bailey, the weekly virtual workout series offers a variety of 30-minute classes including yoga flow, yoga core, upper and lower body blasts, and a fitness mixer. Dance Along to Classic Songs With Never Stop Dancing

Who doesn’t love a good dance workout? This throwback dance workout is fit for all levels of dancers who want to improve their dance moves and have some fun in the process. Want to learn how to dance along to your favorite old school songs? Never Stop Dancing brings the dance floor to your living room with choreography that’s easy to pick up.
