Upper Body Blast With Active&Fit®

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, Active&Fit Direct premiered its Fit at Home program which is free to the public. Led by instructor Penny Bailey, the weekly virtual workout series offers a variety of 30-minute classes including yoga flow, yoga core, upper and lower body blasts, and a fitness mixer. Who doesn’t love a good dance workout? This throwback dance workout is fit for all levels of dancers who want to improve their dance moves and have some fun in the process.
